Any one know what this book is? It's about a little girl and a very dangerous plant?

When I was in year 1 of Primary School I would always read this book, and I just don't remember what it was called!





It was about a horrible little girl that destroyed everything (I have a picture in my head of her decapitated teddy about to be run over by her train set) and so her parents bought her a plant with teeth that I think also liked to destroy things. The plant might have eaten her parents. I think that the girl and the plant got arrested and sent to an island on their own, and the plant might have eaten her at the end.





Sounds a bit crazy doesn't it?


Does anyone have any idea what it is or how I could find it?

I can only recall "The Day of the Triffids", but it didn't specifically feature a bad little girl...
